RSAD Video Clips

For obvious reasons we can not show very many techniques as you never know who out there may be watching. That being said the RSAD program if jammed packed with "what if scenerios" where women practice their skills on real men... not a blue padded suits. Women practice slowly first then are tested full out by instructors.
