Grappling Seminar

We run a grappling seminar that's open to all martial artists of any rank. The workshop is broken down in three parts over three weekends through the year. Each workshop is about 14-16 hours long during an intense fun filled weekend workout. The cost of each workshop runs between $75.00-$100 depending on the venue. Here is a finish that's part of our time hold series, a series of finishing holds that 99% effective, leaves the controller in a comfortable enough position that he could hold a subject for an extended period of time without much discomfort but leaves the subject in a serious pain compliance position.
